Job summary

Lightcast is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to bridge client expectations and delivered value by enabling successful implementation and adoption of Lightcast data solutions. You will work with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or other client-facing roles (internships included).
• Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments. Python is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly.
• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and AI-enhanced workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Activation: Collaborate with Account Managers and pre-sale Sales Engineers to understand solution requirements and guide clients through the technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares. Support onboarding by configuring environments, validating data delivery, and troubleshooting integration challenges.
• Technical Support & Optimization: Act as a trusted post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues, clarifying REST API payloads, recommending best practices for Direct Data Shares, and helping clients maximize the value of Lightcast.
• Client Engagement & Communication: Lead kickoff meetings, host ongoing technical discussions and working sessions, and ensure clients have a clear understanding and effective adoption of solutions.
• Revenue Protection & Growth: Partner with Account Managers to monitor client health, identify potential risks, and reinforce ROI to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
