Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Software Engineer in Irvine, CA to help design and build modern web applications powering our real estate information platform. You’ll work with React, Vue, Angular, TypeScript, and backend stacks like .NET and SQL as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• At least 2 months of internship or co-op experience.
• Ability to discuss prior internship, project, or academic work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design and build modern web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code and develop automated tests.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions across teams.
• Gain hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), TypeScript, .NET/.NET Core, SQL/NoSQL, AWS, Kafka, Databricks.
