CoStar Group, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to design and build modern web applications. You’ll contribute to our portfolio across Homes.com, CoStar.com, Apartments.com and LoopNet.com, writing clean code, developing tests, and participating in code reviews.

You will work with a team using JavaScript frameworks, .NET, SQL, AWS, and AI‑powered tools, gaining hands‑on experience and career growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering with graduation Dec 2026–Jun 2027.
• GPA at least 3.0 and 2+ months of internship or co‑op experience.
• Experience applying software engineering fundamentals via coursework or projects.
• Ability to discuss internship, project work, approach and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to write clean, maintainable code and develop tests.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions for scalable web apps.
• Contribute to frontend and backend work, leveraging React/Vue/Angular and .NET stacks.
• Apply solid software engineering practices to deliver high‑quality solutions.
