Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern software experiences. You will collaborate in an agile team, adhere to DevOps practices, and ensure high-quality software releases.

The role focuses on building RESTful services, front-end interfaces, and cloud-based solutions in Azure, with containerized workloads in Kubernetes. The ideal candidate has experience with C#, .NET, React or Angular, and a solid understanding of data access with SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, and modern development frameworks.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Develop user interfaces using React or Angular and contribute to responsive web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established development standards and best practices.
• Support cloud-based solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure, including deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance improvement efforts.
• Contribute to development of microservices and containerized applications running in Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product owners, and team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
