Robin is hiring an early-career engineer who’s obsessed with AI tooling and ready to turn emerging models into real-world product moments. The office is getting smarter. AI is changing how people interact with space, schedules, and data. At Robin, we’re building the system that powers it all—and we need a high-agency engineer who can turn rapid-fire ideas into working features. You’ll work across the stack to prototype, test, and launch in-production features that make the workplace feel effortless.

We’re a hybrid team based in Boston, working in-office several days a week so we can build and solve in real time. You’ll join a small, high-trust squad where shipping fast and learning faster is the norm.

What you'll do:

• Stand up end-to-end features using LLMs, vector search, and streaming APIs.
• Move fast with rapid A/B testing, prompt tuning, and iteration in live environments.
• Touch every layer from infra-as-code to UI in a fast-moving product squad.
• Harden scrappy prototypes into real, scalable software.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and strategy to shape what we build.
