Job summary

Kiss Beauty Group is seeking an entry‑level Associate, Social Commerce Contents to support UGC campaigns, creator relations, and TikTok Shop content across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC channels. You will work with a cross‑functional eCommerce and marketing team to gain hands‑on experience in content creation, data reporting, and social media operations.

The role targets recent graduates with 0–2 years of experience and a passion for beauty trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; internships in social media, eCommerce, influencer marketing, or content creation are a plus.
• Active TikTok and Instagram user with strong understanding of social trends and creator culture.
• Interest in beauty, personal care, or consumer products.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Korean proficiency is a plus.

The Associate, Social Commerce Contents supports the brand’s content, creator, and review programs across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC channels. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about beauty, social media, and creator culture. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in UGC campaigns, social media operations, TikTok Shop content, and performance reporting while working closely with a cross‑functional eCommerce and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• UGC, Review Generation & Creator Support (35%)
  • Support UGC and review generation campaigns to drive authentic customer reviews across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC.
  • Collect, organize, and tag UGC content for use in paid social, paid search, and marketplace listings.
  • Assist with creator and affiliate outreach, product seeding, sample shipments, and partnership tracking.
  • Maintain creator databases, communication logs, and content delivery timelines.
• TikTok Shop Content Support (30%)
  • Support TikTok Shop content operations, including short‑form videos, product showcase content, and LIVE session preparation.
  • Coordinate with creators and affiliates on TikTok Shop video content, sample requests, and posting schedules.
  • Assist with product listing content (images, titles, descriptions) and promotional content for campaigns and mega sale events.
  • Track top‑performing videos, creators, and SKUs, and identify content that can be scaled through GMV Max and paid amplification.
  • Help organize and repurpose high‑performing content across TikTok Shop, social, and other marketplace channels.
• Social Media Operations (25%)
  • Support day‑to‑day posting and community management across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Draft captions and copy using AI tools, following brand voice and guidelines.
  • Help build and update multi‑platform content calendars.
  • Monitor platform trends, viral formats, and competitor content, and share insights with the team.
  • Assist with paid social campaign setup and spend and performance tracking across Meta and TikTok.
• Performance Reporting (10%)
  • Pull data from social account backends, Google Analytics, and Power BI to support weekly and monthly reports.
  • Track KPIs including followers, engagement rate, impressions, GMV, top creators, and seeding output.
  • Summarize key trends and learnings to help inform content and channel strategy.

The anticipated compensation range is 21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
