Position Summary:

• The Associate Service Technician reports to the Service Manager
• Located in Dallas, TX
• Full-Time

The Associate Service Technician handles basic service, repair, and installation of foodservice equipment at customer locations. This entry-level role offers incentives, door-to-door pay, and tuition reimbursement for certifications, with potential career growth into more senior technician roles. It is ideal for individuals eager to learn and develop a career in the foodservice equipment industry.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Technician Support: Conduct installation, servicing, and repair; assist in diagnosing issues; apply technical knowledge.
• Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot mechanically/electrically; inspect safety devices; manage inventory; ensure safety compliance; request parts and supplies; identify repairs and perform preventative maintenance.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally; explain technical issues clearly.
• Documentation: Keep accurate service records; complete reports timely.
• Training & Development: Participate in training; stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work with team members; seek guidance to improve skills.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols; report concerns.

• Proficient with field automation systems (tablets, phones)
• Detail-oriented; strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• 0-1 years in a service role (e.g., plumbing, automotive, electrical); military or practical experience is a plus
• EPA certification or coursework preferred
• Ability to pass background check

• Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, crawl
• Use hands for handling objects
• Stand for long periods
