What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and Bar membership required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a reputable law firm, large healthcare corporation, or relevant government agency
- Expert experience in telehealth is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to translate complex regulatory issues into actionable advice
- Strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a commitment to high service levels
