Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Managed Services Associate/Senior Associate focused on Oracle EPM, especially EPBCS, to deliver high-quality managed services for clients. The role supports the team, resolves client issues, and ensures strong customer satisfaction while accommodating West Coast coverage.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years (Associate) or 5+ years (Senior Associate) in Oracle EPM, certifications, and a client-driven mindset. Remote work from the U.S. or Canada is available.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with Oracle EPM; EPBCS focus; ability to troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
• Experience with at least one of EPBCS, FCCS, ARC, PCMCS; certification at level 2 support preferred.
• Must be based on West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) or support coverage accordingly.

Responsibilities

The Managed Services Associate / Senior Associate - Oracle EPM will assist in the delivery of managed services for our Oracle EPM clients, with a focus on Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). This role involves supporting the managed services team, resolving client issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EPBCS, be based on the West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) to support client coverage, and be comfortable addressing a wide range of client requests beyond their specific area of expertise. We are looking for someone who is proactive, autonomous, and client-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Level of hire (Associate or Senior Associate) will be determined based on the candidate's experience.

The Managed Services Associates plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients. By effectively helping clients leverage the best out of their EPM systems, the Associate contributes to the growth and profitability of the organization's managed services department. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
• Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
• Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.

• Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least 1 of the following areas:
• Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) (Required)
• Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) (Preferred)
• Account Reconciliation (ARC) (Preferred)
• Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Oracle EPM services or similar roles: 2-4 years of relevant experience for Associate level; 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Associate level.
• Good knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionalities, with at least one certification (level 2 support).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Must be based on the West Coast (Pacific Time Zone) to support client coverage needs.
• Proactive, autonomous, and client-driven, with the flexibility and willingness to address a wide range of client requests, even those outside of one's specific area of expertise.

The estimated base salary for this job is $110,000 - $140,000 (U.S.). The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,500 - $161,000 (U.S.). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
