Senior Associate, Asset Management – Industrial Real Estate

Philadelphia, PA or New York, NY | Hybrid | Full-Time

An established and rapidly growing private equity real estate investment platform with over $2B in AUM and one of the top 50 largest industrial property owners in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Associate, Asset Management to join its expanding team. This role will focus on the Northeast region, supporting an active portfolio of logistics and last-mile industrial assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the daily administrative and operational functions of asset and property management for a Northeast-based industrial portfolio.
• Partner with acquisitions and due diligence teams during onboarding of new assets.
• Manage tenant relations, lease administration, and compliance tracking, including insurance, inspections, and property documentation.
• Coordinate with facilities and construction teams on routine maintenance and capital projects.
• Analyze property-level performance and develop tools to improve portfolio oversight and reporting efficiency.
• Assist in preparation of investor-facing monthly and quarterly asset management reports.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate, ideally with a focus on asset or property management.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with the Philadelphia and New Jersey industrial real estate markets is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% of the time.
• Strong understanding of basic financial concepts and real estate financial statements.
