The Client Skills Training Team is dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering consistent skills and knowledge-based global training programs for Investment Specialists, Client Advisors, and Client Service professionals. We are part of the broader Global Product Strategy, Development & Client Skills Training organization, ideal for someone seeking deep insight and connection to the entire Asset Management business, with interactions with senior stakeholders.

Job summary:

As the Asset Management Client Skills Training Facilitation and Training Associate on the Asset Management Client Skills Training team, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering a suite of training programs. A passion for helping professionals become more productive and trusted client-facing professionals is essential. The Asset Management Client Skills team covers Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, and Client Service teams within J.P. Morgan Asset Management Business.

Job responsibilities:

  1. Manage project plans and timelines, coordinate logistics, and measure the success of training initiatives. Drive the implementation of our Asset Management Training Strategy.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design engaging training content, assessments, and workshops. Ensure content builds on foundational programs and bridges to advanced learning.
  3. Support strategic initiatives and key priorities by providing insights for continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive our training strategy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Passion for innovation, productivity, process improvement, and helping others grow.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with video, virtual meeting technology, or learning technology.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • B.A. degree in a related field.
