• Strong attention to detail, ability to execute multi-step procedures, interpret data, and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiplex assay workflows, including sample prep and instrument operation per SOPs.
• Support routine NGS workflows, library prep, sequencing run prep and instrument setup.
• Assist data analysis and QC, review sequencing metrics and results.
• Maintain accurate lab records and sample traceability.
• Assist with sample receiving, organization, inventory and storage.
• Collaborate with team to meet project timelines.
