Responsibilities

• Conjugate compounds of interest to oligonucleotides through established protocols.
• Optimize methods of conjugation to diverse biomolecules and small molecules; troubleshoot to improve yields and purity.
• Document lab work through an electronic lab notebook.
• Track progress against project timelines and communicate progress to management.
• Perform tasks across multiple projects and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safe laboratory practices.
