Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Associate Scientist III, Quality Control to perform IPC and release testing for oligonucleotide products on the 2nd shift (1 pm–11:30 pm, Mon-Thu) with a 10% differential.

Role requires LCMS, HPLC, UV, LAL/endotoxin testing; precise data recording per GDP; collaboration with Manufacturing and QC to support real-time batch disposition.

Qualifications

• Master's in Chemistry with 2+ years in GMP QC or related lab.
• Bachelor's in Chemistry with 5+ years in GMP/analytical lab.
• Experience testing oligonucleotides or related biomolecules preferred.
• Proficiency with analytical instrumentation and GDP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform IPC sample receipt, preparation and testing per SOPs for IPC lanes.
• Execute LCMS, HPLC, UV, Karl Fischer, and endotoxin testing.
• Record data and results in notebooks and batch records per GDP.
• Support investigations (OOS, OOT, deviations) and re-tests.
• Monitor hold times and communicate risks to Manufacturing/QC.
• Maintain clean, compliant lab bench per GMP and 5S.
