Job summary

Avidity Biosciences seeks an Associate Scientist I in Analytical and Formulation within Technical Development and Operations to advance clinical and commercial formulation development of AOC drug products.

You will conduct formulation stability studies for mAb and AOC liquids and lyophilized forms, perform developability assessments of early-stage protein biologics, support process development, and ensure in-use compatibility for intravenous and subcutaneous routes, with a hybrid work setup in

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial experience.
• Expertise in analytical techniques (SEC, IEX, HPLC, CE-SDS, cIEF).
• Biophysical characterization.
• Formulation development.

Role:

Associate Scientist I in Analytical and Formulation within Avidity Biosciences' Technical Development and Operations, focused on clinical and commercial formulation development of AOC drug products and substances.

Responsibilities:

• conduct formulation stability studies of mAb and AOC liquid and lyophilized forms
• perform developability assessments of early-stage protein biologics
• support process development
• in-use compatibility studies for intravenous and subcutaneous routes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in chemistry, biology, or related field
• 3-5 years of industrial experience
