Qualifications

• M.S. + 2 years or B.S. + 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on lab and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Strong documentation and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-throughput purification (HTP) of samples.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot HTP and microscale purification assays.
• Operate automated liquid-handling platforms (Tecan/Hamilton).
• Conduct purification studies using ÄKTA, chromatography, filtration.
• Support downstream process development and characterization studies.
• Analyze data and document results in ELN, protocols, and reports.
• Collaborate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional teams.
