Qualifications

• Strong documentation and data-analysis skills.

Level: Associate Scientist (Level 26)

We are looking for a hands-on Associate Scientist to support downstream purification process development and characterization during pivotal and commercial development.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-throughput purification (HTP) of upstream/cell culture samples.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot HTP and microscale purification assays.
• Operate and optimize automated liquid-handling platforms such as Tecan and Hamilton.
• Perform purification studies using chromatography, ÄKTA, plate-based chromatography, and filtration.
• Support downstream process development and process characterization studies.
• Analyze experimental data and document results in ELN, protocols, and reports.
• Collaborate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional teams.
• High-Throughput Purification (HTP) - hands-on experience developing/executing HTP or microscale purification workflows.
• Automation - experience with Tecan and/or Hamilton automated liquid-handling systems.
• Chromatography & Downstream Processing - experience with ÄKTA, chromatography, filtration, and purification process development.
