Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1–3 years in biotech/pharma industry.
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture required.
• Experience with Western blotting, ELISA/HTRF, and absorbance assays.
• Demonstrated qPCR and basic molecular biology techniques.
• Strong bench skills, precision, and attention to GLP practices.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Adipocyte biology experience is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on laboratory work to support multiple research projects.
• Maintain and culture mammalian cell lines across projects.
• Execute protein and immunoassay workflows (Western blotting, ELISA, HTRF).
• Perform qPCR and other basic molecular biology techniques.
• Record experiments and results in bench notebooks per GLP guidelines.
• Complete data entry and documentation outside the lab (~20% of time).
• Collaborate across departments to share expertise and shift priorities as needed.
