Qualifications

• Experience with RNA extraction and protein isolation from animal tissues.

Responsibilities

• Perform ex vivo tissue processing using animal samples.
• Extract RNA and protein from animal tissues and generate high‑quality datasets.
• Execute downstream molecular assays including RT-qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, and flow cytometry.
