• Hands-on expertise in HPLC/UHPLC and biologics characterization techniques.
• Familiarity with method qualification/validation and lifecycle management.
• Strong collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute chromatography, electrophoretic, and other analytical methods.
• Troubleshoot and interpret complex data to support decisions.
• Support technology transfer and method validation efforts.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver scientific presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data delivery for CMC milestones.
