Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Biotech analytical development professional to advance chromatographic, electrophoretic, spectroscopic, and mass-spec based methods for product release and stability. You will design experiments, analyze data, and contribute to method robustness within a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role requires 2+ years in CMC analytical development, strong communication, and meticulous documentation practices.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 2+ years of CMC analytical development experience in biotech/pharma.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical methods to measure purity of biologics and residual process impurities (e.g., chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, spectroscopy, LC-MS).
  • Experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry acquisition and data analysis software.
  • Excellent laboratory, critical thinking, scientific problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with good documentation requirements and industry guidance.
  • Knowledge of statistical approaches for data interpretation and analytical method development.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
