Job Title: Associate Scientist – Stability (Recent Grad)

Location: Onsite (4 days/week), 1 day remote

Pay Rate: Up to $33/hour

Job Type: Contract

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our team as an Associate Scientist – Stability. In this role, you will perform analytical testing on siRNA drug substances, drug products, intermediates, and raw materials using UV spectrophotometry, osmometry, water content titration, and other techniques. You will also support data trending, archival, and regulatory submissions, and assist with internal and external stability programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing for stability, forced degradation, stress, photostability, and compatibility studies
• Support study setup and set-down in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyze, trend, and archive stability data
• Contribute data to regulatory filings and technical reports

Accountabilities:

• Ensure on-time, compliant generation of stability data to support clinical supply and product registration
• Contribute to departmental and company goals in Analytical Sciences
• Support regulatory submissions with high-quality data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship or academic lab work acceptable)
• Preferred: Experience with physico-chemical testing of oligonucleotides, oligosaccharides, or proteins
• Preferred: Familiarity with GMP or Quality Control settings
• Experience with multi-site operations or contract manufacturers (CMOs) is a plus
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently in a regulated environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
