Job Title: Associate Sales Representative (SaaS/PropTech/Data Analytics)

About the role:

This full time position comes with a $150k OTE with NOcommission cap, and reports to the Head of New Business. You'll work closely with the Sales Team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and are expected to expertly own the sales process, administrative tasks, data management and process coordination to generate opportunities, produce for and support the sales team, and improve overall sales processes. This is a critical position that helps ensure that the sales department operates smoothly and meets its objectives. By doing so, you contribute to the success of the sales team and the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

You will play a vital role in helping the organization grow and succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through inbound and potentially outbound opportunities for HouseCanary SaaS products and solutions. As well as renewing and growing existing accounts. HouseCanary’s industry-leading solutions provide the SaaS and valuation products that our customers need to grow and manage their businesses. You will partner with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and understand how you can help them drive growth within their organizations. You will be an important member of our HouseCanary team as we build our business. We have a culture of continually investing in our people as they develop within HouseCanary. At this stage in our growth, you will have a unique opportunity to influence our product/solution development.

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as a key point of contact and provide a great experience for select inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Serve as the sales point of contact and provide a great experience for existing customers that have sales needs including contract renewals
  • Promote HouseCanary’s digital solutions and products with our diverse customer base
  • Maintain feedback loops with our teams to build a pipeline of HouseCanary customers
  • Work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to understand their unique company challenges and goals
  • Contribute to building and growing HouseCanary's business

Compensation and benefits are extremely market competitive. We are fully remote in the US, so we all work from the comfort of our own homes across the US. The base salary range is $80,000-$90,000 DOE and location. OTE is $150,000 with NOcommission cap. This position is also eligible for equity and a variable compensation plan. As for benefits, we pay 100% of the healthcare premiums for our employees AND their dependents, unaccrued paid time off, and we offer a very robust benefits package!
