Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of OR experience as a clinical specialist, rad tech, surgical tech, or spine device rep.
• Experience with navigation or robotic systems is a strong plus; familiarity with spine instrumentation is a bonus.
• Comfortable with early starts, variable hours, and covering multiple hospitals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass vendor credentialing (vaccines, background check).
• Coachable, low-ego, and obsessed with doing it right.

Responsibilities

• Cover spine cases: navigation setup, patient registration, imaging coordination, and intraop support
• Operate robotic platforms (e.g., Globus ExcelsiusGPS) and troubleshoot in real time
• Partner with local spine teams and support their cases as needed
• Build trust with surgeons and OR teams at multiple facilities
• Handle case scheduling, check-in, and documentation so billing stays clean
• Keep up with hospital credentialing and compliance requirements

We partner with and support local spine teams, putting trained specialists in the OR so surgeons and device reps can count on one thing: the case runs right, start to finish.

The Role

You'll be the technical expert in the room. You'll set up, register, and run navigation and robotic systems during spine procedures, and you'll work hand-in-hand with surgeons, OR staff, and the local spine teams we support. This is a hands-on, case-driven role for someone who stays calm under pressure and takes ownership of the outcome.
