United Medical Systems (UMS) is hiring an ambitious Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to generate new business opportunities and build relationships that matter. What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect Like a Pro: Generate new leads by cold calling, visiting urology practices, surgical centers, and hospitals, and networking at industry events.
• Partner & Collaborate: Work side-by-side with the Director of Business Development and/or Regional VP of Sales to qualify leads, develop sales strategies, and close deals.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with physicians, nurses, techs, and administrators through product demonstrations, educational programs, and regular site visits.
• Stay Organized: Keep Salesforce updated daily with lead data and sales activities, and track your travel and expenses accurately.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in product training, shadow sales calls, and sharpen your business acumen in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of sales experience (medical sales preferred)
• Proven track record of sales success
• High energy, self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with a dynamic team
• Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
