Job Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with sales teams to build recommendations for strategic campaigns, including proposals, spec docs, audience segmentation, and ad hoc projects.
  2. Provide pricing guidance across the product suite in partnership with media operations and other internal teams.
  3. Support projects to develop best practices around offerings, outreach, and systems.
  4. Develop a knowledge base to answer questions from internal stakeholders regarding product functionality, pricing, feasibility, processes, and systems.
  5. Perform other duties/projects as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising (preferred).
  • Less than 2 years of experience in media planning, digital agency, online advertising, or sales operations.
  • Less than 2 years of exposure to advertising tech, e.g., DSP/SSP, media pricing, Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Knowledge of digital media metrics and campaign KPIs.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Travel willingness (Yes/No): Yes.
