We are excited to partner with a leading orthopedic company and are seeking Associate Sales Consultants to join our field team.

Position Overview: If you're interested in surgical procedures or a career in medical device sales, this role offers a unique opportunity to support sales in Trauma, Spine, Joint Reconstruction, or Sports Medicine. You'll learn about orthopedic devices used in procedures like ankle replacements, trauma surgeries, and spine surgeries, gaining valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales efforts by maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones, helping achieve sales and market share goals.
  • Assist surgeons during operations by providing product knowledge and ensuring proper equipment usage.
  • Attend surgeries to support equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Handle technical support, customer requests, hospital billing, and purchase orders.
  • Share insights with sales and marketing teams, prepare reports, and support product launches.
  • Consult on operating room and sterile processing departments.
  • Manage equipment and promotional materials, ensuring quality standards.
  • Adhere to all laws, policies, and maintain professionalism and ethics.
  • Analyze product performance and optimize product utilization in customer facilities.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and differentiating our products.
  • Support the commercialization of new products and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or
  • Associate’s Degree + 4 years relevant experience, or
  • 8+ years relevant experience, or
  • Certified Surgical Technician or similar certification with 7+ years of experience.

Additional skills include data analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, technical product knowledge, understanding of human anatomy, and ability to work in clinical settings with physical demands.
