We are excited to announce our partnership with a leading ortho company, and we are currently seeking Associate Sales Consultants to join our team of field employees.

Associate Sales Consultant – Medical Device

If you are interested in surgical procedures or considering a career in medical device sales, this role is ideal for you! Our ASC team supports medical device sales in Trauma, Spine, Joint Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine. They are trained on devices used in orthopedic procedures such as ankle replacements, trauma surgeries, spine surgeries, and more. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the medical device industry and gain valuable experience to develop your skills in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales objectives by assisting in case coverage, customer support, and managing billing and purchase orders.
• Assist and guide surgeons in the operating room, ensuring proper device utilization and support during surgeries.
• Attend surgeries to support equipment needs and optimize tray configurations.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and handle customer requests efficiently.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and account teams to enhance solutions and services.
• Consult on Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department procedures.
• Maintain and track equipment and promotional materials, ensuring high standards of service and product availability.
• Follow all legal, ethical, and compliance standards.
• Analyze product performance and customer engagement to optimize usage and environments.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and demonstrating the value of our products.
• Support the launch and implementation of new products and solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or
• Associates Degree + 4 years relevant experience, or
• 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education, or
• Certified Surgical Technician or similar medical certification with 7+ years of relevant experience.
