Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate - S&P - Procurement Ops to support transactional procurement tasks across vendor management, PO creation, invoices, and SAP-based processes.

You will work in a fast-moving environment, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvements while collaborating with business stakeholders and suppliers. English proficiency required; office-based role in India with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong procurement process knowledge and vendor management.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement tasks per SOPs and client guidelines.
• Execute day-to-day procurement processes including PO creation and invoice resolution.
• Assist with vendor management, bidding, catalog maintenance, and translations as needed.
• Resolve PO/invoice issues with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support process improvements and tool deployments while meeting SLAs.

Job Description

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by Client
• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, competitive bidding/ request for quotation, PO fulfillment - requisition/PO creation, delivery/order confirmation, query management, AP issue resolution, PIR creation and
• maintenance, support sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance and catalog management, translation of business communications to local language)
• Contact person for business stakeholders, vendors, internal operational teams in terms of resolving any basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties
• Support process improvements, new tool or scope implementation/standardization
• Meet or exceed all SLA’s with the outmost integrity and in compliance to SOPs and client’s policies.
