Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - Process Analytics in the Supply Chain - Procurement domain to coordinate sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations, and to analyze procurement data for cost savings and process improvements.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align activities with organizational goals, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in analytics, CS, or statistics and a Masters in data science or related field are preferred.
• Certifications listed include CPIM, CPSM, CPM from ISM as supportive credentials.
• Experience with procurement analytics and supplier management is desirable.

• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
