Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - Process Analytics for Supply Chain - Procurement. You will develop procurement strategies, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and analyze data to drive cost savings.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimize procurement operations. Ideal candidates hold multiple business analytics and CS/IS degrees with a Master’s in Data Science, and possess strong ERP/Ariba experience, with a focus on process analytics and supplier performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, CS, or statistics; Master’s in data science preferred.
• English proficiency required; upper intermediate (B2).
• Experience in procurement analytics, sourcing, and category management are essential.
• APICS CPIM or CPSM certification is a plus.
