Trinity Life Sciences seeks candidates for a two-year Associates program designed to rotate through multiple advisory practice areas, building leadership and analytics capabilities.

Applicants will conduct research, design forecast models, and support client decision-making while collaborating with teams across our global offices. A Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization are required, with interest in pharma strongly preferred.

This program is designed to build future leaders and accelerate their careers by gaining exposure and knowledge to Trinity’s offerings. Upon completion of the two-year program, graduates assume positions that best align with the business need, and their interests. Practice areas that our Associates could rotate through include, but are not limited to, are:* Evidence, Value, Access & Pricing (EVAP)* Commercial Strategy (CS)* Insights/Primary Market Research (PMR)* Centers of Excellence (COE)**Position Responsibilities*** Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases (i.e. EvaluatePharma, RedBook, Cortellis, etc.) to inform analyses on drug pricing, clinical pipelines, marketplace dynamics, etc.* Design, develop and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key client decision-making* Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers and other key healthcare stakeholders* Interpret, analyze, and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data and research, and present findings to project teams and clients* Develop presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables* Ability to thrive in a rotational environment, adapting to a variety of project types and evolving team dynamics**Position Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree* Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred* Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. The starting salary for this role is $92,500. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and other benefits.
