Associates develop their skills through extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.This is a two-year program that creates the opportunity to rotate through different practice areas within Trinity’s Advisory teams. This program is designed to build future leaders and accelerate their careers by gaining exposure and knowledge to Trinity’s offerings. The starting salary for this role is $92,500. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and other benefits.
