Job summary

LHH, a growing financial services organization, is seeking an Associate to join its Restructuring & Special Situations team. You will analyze distressed investments, perform financial modeling, and support restructuring initiatives across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround consulting, transaction advisory, credit analysis, investment analysis, corporate finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit assessments
  • Evaluate restructuring alternatives and develop recommendations for senior leadership
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks and opportunities
  • Participate in negotiations, workouts, and restructuring processes when applicable
  • Prepare investment memoranda, management presentations, and financial reporting materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and business partners
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives related to portfolio optimization and risk management

This individual will play a key role in evaluating underperforming investments, assessing complex financial situations, and supporting restructuring initiatives across a diverse portfolio.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
