Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• MS degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency with Office tools and experimental data analysis software.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute moderate to complex R&D experiments and analyze data with guidance.
• Conduct late-stage product development studies and manufacturing investigations.
• Develop expertise in molecular biology techniques including qPCR, NGS, and nucleic acid extraction.
• Collaborate across teams to support development and quality standards.
