Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in engineering analysis, problem-solving, and product development.
• Experience with MATLAB and/or Python required.
• Exposure to CAD tools such as NX or SolidWorks; LS-DYNA a plus.
• Programming experience (C#, .NET, WPF, Angular) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles, scientific methods, and computational tools to explore technologies and analyze golf club designs.
• Collaborate across R&D, Design, Product Development, Testing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing to translate findings into product improvements.
• Contribute to patentable technologies and drive performance advancements for next-generation Titleist products.
