Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible engineering or product design experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Siemens NX.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Foundational understanding of golf club design principles.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
