Location: LA (remote in US) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Reports to: SVP
Reporting to SVP, we’re looking for a collaborative Associate Research Director to join Reach3 Insights. In this role, you’ll help lead strategic client relationships, guide end-to-end research programs, develop junior researchers, and help shape innovative research solutions, working with smart, kind people who love turning human insights into clear stories, stronger decisions, and better customer experiences.
This role is open to candidates based in LA, with a remote working model designed to support connection, focused work, and real life outside of work.
Reach3 Insights is a full-service research consultancy that helps modern brands move faster and get closer to their customers through mobile-first, conversational research. We design immersive, in-the-moment research programs, pair them with smart data science and dynamic storytelling, and turn insight into action.
As part of Rival Group — alongside Rival Technologies and Angus Reid — we’re helping transform the insights industry through AI-accelerated, messaging-based conversational insights. Our work reaches consumers and business audiences in ways that feel fresh, human, and genuinely useful.
We work with ambitious teams and global brands, and we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. You'll find a team that values trust, curiosity, ownership, creativity, and having a good time while doing meaningful work.
At Reach3, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver. We’re building a place where people can do meaningful work, grow their careers, partner with great clients, and enjoy the humans they work with along the way.
We’re committed to pay equity and fair pay practices. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
Flexible ways of working, home office support, and comprehensive paid time off so you can recharge and do your best work.
Benefits that support the whole human, not just the employee.
You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role. At Reach3, we value the unique qualities and experiences each candidate brings. We personally review every application and do not use AI or automated systems to screen or filter resumes.
If you don’t see yourself fully reflected in every requirement above, we still encourage you to apply. Research shows that people from underrepresented groups often apply only when they feel 100% qualified. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity workplace committed to building a team culture that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Reach3 provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
We’re also committed to an accessible work environment and inclusive employment practices. Please contact our People & Culture team if you require accommodation at any point in the selection process.
