Associate Research Consultant
Job Description

Role Description: As an Associate Research Consultant, you will build relationships with key decision makers in commercial real estate, curate their listings for visibility on our platform, and capture market-critical information to enable informed decision-making. This position is in-office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to building an accurate database of commercial real estate inventory.
2. Make 50+ daily inbound and outbound calls to real estate professionals to gather property and transaction data.
3. Investigate new listings, sales, leases, ownership, and construction data.
4. Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
5. Assist clients in marketing their properties on the CoStar platform.
6. Analyze market trends and collaborate with regional teams to qualify data.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• 8+ months experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 365.
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones.
• Strong academic performance in college.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Curiosity, persistence, and investigative skills.
• Success in meeting KPIs.
• Experience communicating with clients and partners.
• Ability to develop client relationships through effective interviews.
• Knowledge or experience in commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Excel data manipulation.
• Adaptability to changing situations in a fast-growth environment.
