They will lead an Agile Release Train (ART)s team of teams through the preparation, facilitation and delivery of our Program Increments (PIs). Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Agility, the Associate RTE is a critical role within the Health Plan’s agile ways of working, anchored in relentless improvement, agility, design-thinking, and customer-centricity. By leveraging excellent communications skills, they work effectively with cross-functional team members and other roles. • Provide regular and open communication across the ART and stakeholders for transparency of progress and impediments via ART Syncs and System Demos.
  • Help manage risks and dependencies, and elevate and track impediments.
  • Work with Product Management, Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Promote the use of DevOps culture and Continuous Delivery Pipeline for releasing.
  • Drive relentless improvement via Inspect & Adapt workshops, along with acting as a binding agent that connects teams.
