EverBank, N.A. is seeking a VEF Sales Associate in Parsippany, NJ to support origination and management of finance programs through partnerships with manufacturers, distributors and intermediaries.

The role involves building trusted advisor relationships and aiding the team in achieving sales targets. From 1+ years in banking or related fields, you will work under moderate supervision within an integrated team that delivers EverBank products and services to partners nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, equipment finance, commercial lending, or related industry.
• Previous experience in relationship management, account management, and/or business development roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports finance programs through partnerships with manufacturers, distributors and intermediaries to understand their business, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensures overall partner satisfaction by assisting in day-to-day partner facing requirements of the finance program.
• Builds a personal rapport with partner contacts to be seen as a trusted advisor.
• Supports the sale of a wide range of company products in response to partners' business requirements - including proactively suggesting solutions.
• Ensures partner’s finance program requirements are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

VEF Sales Associate

The Associate Relationship Manager supports the origination and management of finance programs through partnerships with leading manufacturers, distributors and intermediaries within the strategic industries that are part of the Vendor Equipment Finance platform. Working under moderate supervision, this job is a member of an integrated team that provides coordinated access to company's products and services and assists the team in meeting assigned sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Supports finance programs through partnerships with manufacturers, distributors and intermediaries to understand their business, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensures overall partner satisfaction by assisting in day-to-day partner facing requirements of the finance program.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, equipment finance, commercial lending, or a related industry.
• Previous experience as a relationship management, account management, and/or business development position or related positions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare finance or equipment finance.
• Demonstrated success supporting or driving business-to-business (B2B) sales, relationship management, account management, or business development activities.
