Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks an Associate Relations Partner to support associates and leaders across the MLH system. You will resolve workplace conflicts, interpret policies, and guide performance management with fairness and legal compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR, 1–3 years HR experience (or 5–7 with HS diploma), strong communication, and ability to conduct rigorous investigations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources required.
• 1–3 years HR experience required.
• Substitution: 6 years HR experience with high school diploma if no degree.

Responsabilités

• Advise associates and leaders on performance management and corrective action.
• Counsel on policies; assist with equitable resolution of complaints.
• Conduct objective investigations.
• Document decisions to reduce risk.
• Assist with accommodations and leave requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and conflicts.
• Apply HR concepts to improve associate experience.
• Prepare documentation for unemployment and claims.
• Maintain case documentation in the case management system.
• Deliver training on HR policies and compliance.
