Job summary

DirectRecruiters,Inc. is seeking a candidate-delivery professional for its Supply Chain & Logistics executives search practice in Solon, Ohio. You will identify and engage candidates, build pipelines, and support senior recruiters across supply chain roles.

No recruiting experience is required, but one year of professional work experience and strong communication skills are essential. This onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective candidates through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and research.

• Assess qualifications, communication style, leadership capabilities and client alignment.
• Present well-qualified candidates to the search team with clear summaries and recommendations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current searches and future needs.
• Research companies, competitors, talent markets, and industry trends.
