Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources, recruiting, or related function.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and good judgment.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for high volume roles including screening, phone screens, interviews, and post-offer processes.
• Collaborate with Recruitment team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to understand recruiting needs.
• Administer and execute recruitment processes, build pipelines for future talent.
• Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions.
• Develop recruiting strategies to identify candidates via various tools and social media.
• Present best qualified candidates to managers meeting job requirements.
• Maintain candidate status in Workday to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Contribute to recruiting projects as needed.
• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned.

You will work directly with business leaders, partner across HR, and drive quality hires for positions at various levels. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a human resources, recruiting, or related function
• Technical proficiency in Outlook and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
• Ability to work with a high degree of self‑direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, a plus
• Experience in a professional services or corporate setting a plus
