Key Responsibilities

• Handle real estate litigation cases from start to finish—including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial prep, settlement, and appeals
• Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Provide counsel on complex property and transactional issues
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate disputes and contracts
• Engage in the firm’s business development initiatives through relationship-building and client outreach
• Cultivate new client connections and contribute to firm growth through proactive networking and referrals

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate litigation preferred
