It will be essential for the person in this role to possess excellent business judgment and an ability to identify and communicate risk in a clear and concise manner, as well as an ability to come up with creative proposed solutions to ensure that the reputation of Blackstone and Brio for reasonability and thoughtfulness is maintained.
