Description

The Non-Registered Radiological Tech position performs limited (within scope of license) radiological procedures and assists the radiologists in exams and procedures to obtain a diagnosis that will provide the best possible care for the patient. It is preferred that the employee register and pass the ARRT examination within six months of graduation from a JCERT accredited x‑ray program.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Currently enrolled in a two‑year ARRT‑certified community college/vocational training program.
• Upon hire: Washington X‑Ray Technician Registration or
• Upon hire: Washington X‑Ray Technician Temporary Practice Permit.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 6 months experience in all areas of radiography.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
