Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Quality Control - Incoming to support a biotechnology client in the East area of Puerto Rico. This role offers exposure to QA, procurement, and warehouse operations across multiple teams, with responsibilities spanning sampling, testing, and batch record review.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry or Engineering and familiarity with SAP, LIMS, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Basic skills in SAP/ERP, LIMS and related systems.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine sampling and inspection of raw materials, components, drug substances/products, devices, and printed materials.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, QA, Dispensing, Receiving, Shipping, and Packaging to coordinate warehouse operations.
• Operate laboratory equipment like Optical Comparator, Keyence, Instron, TruScan and NIR for testing and inspection.
• Use systems such as LIMS, eBR, SAP to manage sample testing and document results.
• Perform raw material sample shipments, testing and batch records review per SOPs.
• Review electronic batch record documentation for Incoming raw materials and components.

Available to work any shift (24/7)

Salary $17.00

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine sampling and inspection of raw materials, components, drug substances/products, devices, and printed materials.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain Procurement, QA, Dispensing, Receiving, Shipping, and Packaging teams to ensure daily warehouse operations are well coordinated between each function.

• Operate laboratory equipment such as Optical Comparator, Keyence, Instron, TruScan and NIR for testing and inspection tasks.

• Use computer systems (e.g., LIMS, OEFM, SAP) to manage sample testing, document results, and support related activities.

• Perform raw material sample shipments, testing and batch record's review per standard operating procedures or guidelines

• Review electronic batch record documentation for Incoming raw materials and components.

Requirements:
