impact.com is seeking an Associate QA Engineer to understand, test, and approve quality features across the platform. You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans and work with a global team to ensure high-quality releases used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional QA experience with software delivery.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA role.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and data validation.
• Hands-on with relational databases (MySQL).
• Proficient in Git and version control.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Keen to learn and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Dive into QA checks during development to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to clarify requirements.
• Craft test scenarios and scripts aligned with priorities.
• Create and execute tests, recording findings accurately.
• Participate in bug triage and release readiness reviews.
• Document test plans, cases, and schedules.
• Work with business lines on test planning and results.
• Manage time, reporting, risk, and change in QA.
• Act as quality champion to elevate testing practices.
