A law firm seeks an Associate, Public Contracts Attorney to join its Public Contracts & Infrastructure Group in New York, New York. This position involves working on complex procurement processes, contract negotiations, and financings for transformative public works projects across multiple sectors.

Duties

Advise public sector clients on complex procurement and government contracting matters.

Structure and negotiate project agreements for alternative delivery and P3 transactions.

Draft and review procurement documents, project agreements, and related project documents.

Draft and negotiate financing agreements for public infrastructure projects.

Provide transactional support for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on sophisticated infrastructure financings and project implementation.

Requirements
